Good morning Mark! Ever since I bought your wonderful book back in 2014, I have been doing this business ever since. I've done a lot of claims, partnered with another company and contracted with 2 businesses. I love doing this it's wonderful. I wanted to give you an update on a couple of days ago I got a signed agreement back worth $1.9 million with a 10% finder's fee. I'm excited about this one. Just wanted to give you an update.
